If you're seeing enemies around level 60, that should mean that your character is around level 60, not level 72. We said earlier that you have to be level 72, and you said that you were level 72. When play the mission, the level enemy its 60 - 63

You can't just keep repeating it at level 72 (OP0) to unlock the other OP levels. If you have actually already unlocked one or more OP levels, then to unlock the next OP level, you have to load that character in UVHM and select your highest OP level, and then complete the mission.
If you're not getting that message, there is something wrong and you didn't unlock OP1. Then you should get a message at the end, after you beat the last bosses and _before_ you go back to Tannis, that says that you have unlocked OP1. 3) You have not already unlocked any OP levelsĤ) You complete the mission (playing at level 72 in UVHM)
